FAQ - Renew your Certificate

1. How can I confirm when my existing Certificate expires?
After you Login, look on the middle-right side of the screen. You should see your User Information. Below your name, is a link to your Certificate ID. Click there for detailed certificate information. Your expiration is also listed on the home page under that link.

2. When do I need to renew?
Your certificate is valid for 3 years. If your expiration is approaching, you should see a RENEW button is your User area. To keep your certificate in-force, you must renew prior to the expiration date, although you can renew at any time.

3. How do I Renew?
Click on the button at the top of this page to enter the Renew process. If you see a Renew option in your User area, that option is also acceptible.

4. What do I have to do to Renew?
To Renew, after you have clicked the Renew button, you must complete the course again in-total. This includes completing the Study Segment, Passing the Test, and Paying the Fee.

5. My Certificate has not expired yet, but I can't Print?
The U-Print option is not available during the final year of your Certificate. If you must have an immediate copy of your Certificate, you can request a mailed copy for a fee under the Pay Fee tab.
